Qualsafe Food Hygiene Level 2
The Level 2 Award in Food Safety have been designed to address the food safety needs of those involved in the preparation, cooking or handling of foods. This includes settings such as catering, manufacturing or retail (also some not to obvious setting to such as events stalls and charity fundraisers to name a couple)

Temperature control
Refrigeration, chilling and cold holding
Cooking, hot holding and reheating
Food handling
Principles of safe food storage
Cleaning
Food premises and equipment
Qualification information
Course duration – A one day programme
Assessment - Multiple choice examination
