Who will benefit? 

Working Safely is for staff at any level of the organisation, in any sector. 

Aim 

The course focuses on why health and safety is important, and how delegates can make a real difference to the safety culture of the organisation. Learning outcome Working Safely is designed to give the delegate an understanding of what they need to know to help them handle health and safety in their day to day working environment. The course covers all the main health and safety issues, and also includes a session on the environment. 

Working Safely consists of five modules: 

Introducing working safely 
Defining hazard and risk 
Identifying common hazards 
Improving safety performance 
Protecting our environment 

IOSH Working Safely Assessment and Certification 

Delegates who successfully complete the written and practical assessments can choose to receive an IOSH Working Safely certificate. 

Group Numbers 

IOSH allow up 20 delegates to attend this course. 

Card information 

Following completion of the course delegates can use this certification to go towards the CITB CSCS Card application. (other certification is also required)
