Qualsafe Food Hygiene Level 2  
The Level 2 Award in Food Safety have been designed to address the food safety needs of those involved in the preparation, cooking or handling of foods. This includes seetings such as catering, manufacturing or retail (also some not to obvious setting to such as events stalls and charity fundraisers to name a couple) 
The qualification covers the following topics
Food safety hazards 
Temperature control 
Refrigeration, chilling and cold holding 
Cooking, hot holding and reheating 
Food handling 
Principles of safe food storage 
Food premises and equipment 
Qualification information 
Course duration – A one day programme 
Assessment - Multiple choice examination
