S. A. Associates Environmental Trainers offer dedicated training & consultancy to businesses wishing to improve their environmental profile. We provide support for companies implementing and maintaining Environmental Management Systems, especially those planning to achieve certification to ISO14001, BS8555 and EMAS. All audits are carried out by IEMA Registered Auditors working to the international standards laid down in ISO1911:2002.
S. A. Associates can develop tailored courses and workshops to meet specific company needs. For example, in-house waste minimisation training workshops often lead to significant savings in purchasing and waste disposal costs. We are developing environmental training courses in modular form for home or office study. Our half-day courses are being transcribed into 30-minute modules complete with short assessments. This makes them ideal study tools (CPD) for people who find difficulty in getting to formal courses. We are able to provide Environmental Reviews, including contaminated land assessments and can also do site walkovers to assess your environmental impacts and provide advice on how to ameliorate their effects.
In the past, Peter Nolan our resident Lead Environmentalist has addressed Probus, Rotary, Round Table and U3A Groups, Women’s Institutes, Universities, Colleges and Schools. For a nominal fee, he will come to address your organisation and discuss and answer questions on the many environmental issues of our time.
